Thuốc phòng trừ nhiều loại bệnh hại trên các loại cây trồng khác nhau. Trên các loại cây trồng như rau màu, cà chua, dưa hấu, đậu, các loại cây ăn trái, xoài, cam, quýt,…

I. Thuốc Trừ Nấm, Bệnh

1. Aliette

a. Công dụng:

– Aliette là một loại thuốc bột trắng hoàn toàn hòa tan trong nước. Thành phần gồm 80% chất Phosethyl-AI và 20% chất phụ gia. Sử dụng cho cây chủ trị nấm Phytopthora và Pythium.

– Nấm Phytopthora gây hại nặng cho tiêu (thối rễ, gốc và chết nhanh) táo ớt, phong lan, cam quýt v.v…). Bệnh có thể gây hại trên lá. Thân rễ nhiễm ở đâu gây thối nhiễm ở đó. Vì bệnh phát triển, tác hại nhanh, gây chết cây con và cây lớn hàng loạt. Khi thấy cây bệnh trên lá, bộ rễ đã thối, nên phun ngừa trước mới có hiệu quả.

b. Cách dùng: pha nồng độ 2 – 3% (2 – 3g) tức khoảng 1 muỗng café/1 lít nước phun ướt đều trên thân lá 1 tháng/lần vào mùa mưa. 2 tháng/lần vào mùa nắng. Thuốc được cây hấp thụ vào mạch dẫn đi khắp thân rễ (nội hấp)

2. Benlat C

a. Công dụng: Benlat-C là loại thuốc có đặc tính lưu dẫn, tiếp xúc và tác dụng rộng. Thuốc phòng trừ nhiều loại bệnh hại trên các loại cây trồng khác nhau.

Trên các loại cây trồng như rau màu, cà chua, dưa hấu, đậu, các loại cây ăn trái, xoài, cam, quýt. Cây công nghiệp: tiêu, café, dâu tằm. Benlat C trừ được các loại đốm lá, đốm trái, gỉ sắt café, dưa hấu chạy dâu v.v…

b. Cách dùng: cây công nghiệp, cây ăn trái dùng từ 20 – 25g cho bình 8 lít.

3. Copper-zine

a. Công dụng: phòng trị các bệnh do nấm trên các loại cây trồng như: lúa, đậu, dưa hấu, cà chua, táo, chuối, ca cao, café, tiêu, cam, quýt, v.v…

b. Cách dùng:

Pha 2 – 3 muỗng canh trong 1 bình 8 lít.

Cây ăn trái: (ngừa bệnh, giúp sai trái và bảo vệ trái) sau khi cây đâm tược và lá non, phun thuốc 2 – 3 lần cách nhau 10 ngày và khi cây đã đậu trái non phun thuốc 15 ngày/lần đến khi trái đủ no.

4. Manzate

a. Công dụng và cách dùng:

Manzate được dùng để phòng trừ các bệnh sương mai, cháy lá, dịch muôn, các bệnh do các nấm AI-ternaria, Peronospora, nấm gây bệnh thán thư, nấm collecrotrichum và nấm Ventura gây hại cây ăn quả và cây thực phẩm.

Để phòng trị bệnh sương mai trên bắp cải và dưa chuột, bệnh dịch muộn trên cà chua và khoai tây, bệnh đốm lá trên đậu, đu đủ…Sử dụng từ 1 – 1,2kg/ha pha với 500 – 600lít nước phun cho 1 ha, tùy theo cây còn nhỏ hay lớn.

Hòa với nước phun định kỳ 7 ngày 1 lần, mỗi vụ không phun xịt quá 4 lần.

5. Zineb

a. Đặc tính:

Zineb 80 ở dạng bột mịn màu trắng mùi hồng. Hoạt tính ít tan trong nước và tan được trong một số dung môi hữu cơ. Ở môi trường kiềm thuốc có thể bị phân giải. Zineb có tác dụng tiếp xúc, ít độc cho người, gia súc nhưng dính vào da có thể gây ngứa khó chịu. Thuốc tương đối an toàn cho cây trồng và thường có hiệu lực đối với các bệnh là đối tượng phòng trừ của các thuốc gốc đồng. Vì vậy trên thế giới người ta thích dùng Zineb hơn vì dễ pha chế hơn Bordeaux.

b. Công dụng và cách dùng:

Zineb 80 công hiệu với nhiều loại bệnh như bệnh sương mai hại cà chua, khoai tây, thuốc lá, bệnh gỉ sắt café, bệnh đốm đen cam quýt, bệnh đốm lá trên các loại cây ăn quả.

– Liều lượng: 1 – 2 kh/ha.

– Nồng độ: 1/500 – 1/800.

Phun vào thời kỳ có vết bệnh đầu tiên xuất hiện

6. Kasuran

a. Đặc tính và công dụng:

Thuốc trừ nấm, diệt khuẩn với phổ tác dụng rộng. Tác dụng phòng trừ bệnh nhờ ưu thế trộn lẫn Kasugamycin và đồng. Thuốc đặc biệt trừ bệnh ung thư trên cam quýt.

b. Cách sử dụng:

Phun trên lá ướt đều. Lần đầu phun thuốc khi thấy triệu chứng đầu tiên của vết bệnh xuất hiện. Các lần sau cách nhau từ 7 – 10 ngày (khoảng 4 lần đối với cam, quýt).

II. Thuốc Trừ Sâu:

1. Azodrin

a. Công dụng:

Azodrin 50DD là thuốc sát trùng loại hợp chất phốt pho hữu cơ có tác dụng lưu dẫn, tiếp xúc và vị độc. Azodrin 50DD dùng để phòng trừ bù lạch, rầy mềm, rệp dính, rầy xanh, rầy cải, rầy trắng, sâu đo, cuốn lá, sâu đục thân, ăn lá non cam, quýt v.v…

b. Công dụng: Bắp, mía, bông, café, thuốc lá, cây ăn trái: pha 1 lít thuốc với 800 lít nước (1 chai 100cc/bình 8 lít).

2. Confidor 100SL

Confidor là loại thuốc lưu dẫn dùng để phòng trị các loại rầy xanh, rầy nâu, rệp, rầy lửa, nhện đỏ, bọ trĩ, sâu vẽ bùa trên các loại cây trồng như bông vải, cây ăn trái (cam quýt).

– Nồng độ khuyến cáo: sử dụng 0,5 lít cho 1 ha.

– Cây ăn trái các loại: 5 – 10cc/bình 8 lít.

3. Suppaside

a. Công dụng:

Trừ sâu rầy, rệp sáp, rập dính, bọ xít, nhện đỏ, sâu xuốn lá, sâu vẽ bùa trên cây ăn trái và cam quýt.

b. Cách dùng:
10 – 15cc/bình 8 lít

III. Dưỡng Cây Và Điều Hòa Sinh Trưởng

1. Atonik

a. Đặc tính: Atonik là loại thuốc điều hòa sinh trưởng, ít độc hại cho người và động vật, an toàn với cây trồng và môi trường. Thuốc ở dạng lỏng màu nâu sẫm, dễ tan trong nước, trung tính và ít mùi.

b. Công dụng:

Atonik xâm nhập nhanh chóng vào mô cây trồng làm tăng lưu chuyển của nguyên sinh chất trong tế bào thực vật và làm cho cây ra rễ nhanh, tăng sinh mầm búp thúc đẩy sinh trưởng phát triển nhanh, đẩy mạnh việc thụ tinh, kết quả giảm bớt hoa rụng, quả rụng, làm cho hoa quả lớn hơn và thu hoạch sớm hơn.

c. Cách dùng:

– Atonik được dùng rộng rãi cho nhiều loại cây trồng trong mọi thời kỳ sinh trưởng và phát triển của cây, từ lúc gieo trồng đến lúc thu hoạch. Cách sử dụng thuốc đa dạng: ngâm hạt, củ, hom giống, phun cây giống vườn ươm. Tưới hoặc phun trực tiếp lên cây.

– Liều lượng theo sự chỉ dẫn trên bao bì.

2. Lisosen

Công dụng và cách dùng:

– Thúc đẩy sự sinh trưởng và phát triển cây.

– Kích thích sự nảy mầm và ra rễ.

– Kích thích sự ra hoa.

– Giảm sự rụng hoa và rụng trái.

– Nâng cao phẩm chất cây trồng.

Chú ý: xem kỹ bảng hướng dẫn sử dụng trên bao bì.

3. Thiên Nông

a. Công dụng:

Kích thích ra nhiều hoa, trái. Dùng thuốc này cây lấy hoa sẽ có nhiều hoa, cây ăn quả cho nhiều quả, quả to, màu sắc tươi ngon. Có tác dụng tăng sức đề kháng sâu bệnh. Ngăn ngừa trái rụng non. Kích thích tăng rễ, làm chậm ngày thu hoạch theo ý muốn.

b. Cách dùng: hòa tan 100g với 100 lít nước sạch, dùng bình xịt phun 3 – 4 lần trong một mùa (2 muỗng café vun cho bình 10 lít):

– Khoảng 10 ngày trước kỳ trỗ hoa, phun ướt đều lá.

– Khi hoa sắp kết trái, phun ướt đều lá và hoa.

– Khi quả còn nhỏ, phun ướt cả cành, lá, quả.

– Khi giá thấp muốn hoãn ngày thu hoạch 5 ngày trước kỳ hái thường lệ, phun ướt đều quả và cuống. Thu hoạch sẽ chậm lại khoảng 2 – 3 tuần lệ mà không rụng, phẩm chất tốt.

– Kích thích đâm rễ: cành chiết thì tưới phần chiết, tuần 2 lần cho đến khi mọc rễ dài.

IV. Khái Niệm Về Phân Hóa Học

– Hiện nay vấn đề bón phân, nhà vườn chưa thống nhất, còn tùy tiện và tùy theo kinh nghiệm của mỗi người. Tuy nhiên cũng cần biết qua đặc tính từng loại phân hóa học. Loại cần nhiều cho cây gọi là chất đa lượng như: Đạm, Lân, Kali và một lượng nhỏ các chất mà cũng không thế thiếu được đó là vi lượng như Magné, Đồng, Kẽm, Sắt v.v…Các chất dinh dưỡng trên cần được bón cân đối cho từng thời kỳ phát triển của cây, của trái để hạn chế những bệnh hoạn có thể sinh ra do cây hấp thụ không đủ hoặc dư thừa một chất dinh dưỡng nào đó.

– Ba chất quan trọng và căn bản là Nitơ (N), Phốtpho (P) và Kali (K).

a. Nitơ (N): chất đạm giúp cây tăng trưởng cả về thân , cành, lá…Đạm là chất quan trọng nhất đối với cam quýt vì cây cần một lượng đạm rất lớn.

Thiếu N cây sẽ cằn cỗi, rễ không phát triển, lá mỏng không xanh, trái nhỏ; nhưng nếu thừa N thân cây mềm, dễ gãy, chịu nắng hạn kém, ra hoa khó đậu trái và rụng nhiều mỗi khi chuyển đổi thời tiết. Vỏ trái mỏng dễ bị nứt.

b. Phốtpho (P): chất lân giúp điều hòa các chức năng sinh sản: ra hoa kết trái, rễ phát triển, đặc biệt là rễ phụ. Bón lân cải thiện màu sắc lá, phẩm chất trái.

Cam quýt thiếu lân thường phát triển chậm, lá mỏng màu xanh tối, năng suất giảm, trái thường khô nước.

c. Kali (K): chất kali cần cho sự chuyển nhựa trổ hoa kết trái. Bón kali giúp cây dễ đậu trái, chịu nắng hạn tốt và có khả năng đề kháng sâu bệnh. Trái chín mau và màu sắc tươi đẹp.

Cây thiếu kali lá quăn nhỏ, trái nhỏ và rụng hàng loạt sau khi đậu trái, phẩm chất kém.

+ Clorua Kali (KCI) chứa 605 chất kali tan trong nước, dạng bột màu trắng hồng (còn gọi là phân “muối ớt”).

+ Sulfat Kali (K2SO4) dạng bột nhuyễn màu trắng chứa 48% chất kali.

Các loại phân trên ở dạng đơn chất, ngoài ra còn có phân hỗn hợp mà nhà máy đã pha trộn sẵn theo tỉ lệ, dưới dạng NPK như:

+ Phân DAP (viết tắt của từ Diamôn phốt phát) còn gọi là phân “tiêu đen”. Dạng này không có kali như: 18-46-00 hay 20-20-00 (có nghĩa là trong 100kg phân DAP (18-46-00) (có 18kg đạm, 46kg lân và không Kali) hoặc (20-20-0) (c1o 20kg đạm, 20kg lân, không Kali)).

+ Phân NPK là hợp chất từ ba thành phần đạm, lân và Kali, thường gọi là phân “tiêu sữa”, dưới dạng thông dụng:

1. 16-16-8 (trong 100kg NPK có 16kg đạm, 16kg lân và 8kg Kali). Tính theo tủ lệ NPK là 2-2-1.

2. 20-20-15 (trong 100kg NOK có 20kg đạm, 20kg lân, 15kg Kali). Tính theo tỉ lệ NPK là 2-2-1,5.

Phân bón lá (PBL)

1. Phân kết tinh của Thái Lan hay Newstar của Cần Thơ: có dạng NPK 15-30-15.

2. PBL của Thiên Nông: NPK 20-10-10.

3. PBL của Mỹ (grow-more):

– 15-30-15 (dùng cho cây mới lớn)

– 20-20-20 (dùng cho cây trưởng thành)

– 6-30-30 (chóng rụng trái)

4. PBL của Do Thái:

– 6,5-26-40 (kích thích ra hoa chóng rụng trái)

– 6-56,5-17 (kích thích ra hoa chóng rụng trái)
