Bệnh đốm đen (Rose black spot) là một trong những bệnh quan trọng và phổ biến trên hồng. Bệnh gây hại trên lá và hoa của nhiều giống hồng. Triệu chứng bệnh đầu tiên xuất hiện ở các lá già, sau đó lan dần đến các lá non, đọt và nụ hoa. Bệnh đốm đen rất thường gặp ở các vườn hồng ở Sa Đéc.

Triệu chứng bệnh và nấm Marssonina rosae gây bệnh đốm đen trên hồng (A & B: Triệu chứng bệnh trên hoa và lá; C: Đính bào đài; D: Bào tử nấm Marssonina rosae)

Bệnh càng nặng trong điều kiện hồng trồng dầy, bón nhiều phân đạm cho cây hoa hồng, cây trồng trong điều kiện không được thông thoáng, không thường xuyên vệ sinh thu gom và tiêu hủy lá bệnh và do sử dụng cây bệnh để nhân giống. 

Bên cạnh đó, điều kiện ẩm độ cao vào mùa mưa, thời tiết nhiều sương mù và có nhiều giọt nước đọng lại trên lá hồng do tưới nước vào buổi chiều tối cũng tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho bệnh lây lan và phát triển mạnh trên cây hồng.

Nguyên nhân gây bệnh đốm đen trên hoa hồng:

Bệnh được xác định do nấm Marssonina rosae gây ra (Agrios, 2005) thuộc lớp nấm bất toàn. Khi điều kiện thuận lợi ẩm ướt và nhiệt độ từ 15-25°c, bào tử mọc mầm trong vòng 9 giờ, hình thành đĩa áp và vòi xâm nhiễm trực tiếp qua biểu bì (Smith và ctv., 1988).

Nhiệt độ thích hợp cho nấm gây bệnh đốm đen phát triển 22-26°C (Agrios, 2005). Nấm lưu tồn trong bộ phận bị bệnh và lây lan qua sự tiếp xúc giữa các lá hồng và đặc biệt là nước mưa, nước tưới hoặc có thể do côn trùng (Smith và ctv., 1988).

Nấm gây bệnh có giai đoạn sinh sản hữu tính là Diplocarpon rosae (Horst, 2008), thuộc lớp nấm nang, nang và bào tử nang được hình thành trong quả nang có dạng đĩa (apothecia), giai đoạn này ít tìm gặp trong điều kiện tự nhiên.

Cách phòng trị đốm đen trên hoa hồng:

Để phòng ngừa bệnh cho cây hoa hồng, cần sử dụng giống hồng kháng hoặc nguồn giống sạch bệnh để nhân giống, trồng cây hồng trên giàn, cách ly với mặt đất (đây là điều rất nhiều nhà vườn trồng hồng ở Sa Đéc hay làm).

Sử dụng phân hữu cơ và cân đối phân đạm, lân và kali, sử dụng nguồn nước sạch, tránh tưới nước vào lúc trời tối, mật độ trồng thích hợp để tạo sự thông thoáng và cây hồng nhận được nhiều ánh sáng, vệ sinh vườn hồng thường xuyên, thu gom và tiêu hủy lá bệnh.

Khi bệnh mới xuất hiện, cách ly cây hồng bị bệnh, không tưới nước trực tiếp trên lá, ngưng bón phân và phun trên cả hai mặt lá với một trong các loại thuốc chứa hoạt chất:

+ Tebuconazol ( MAP UNIQUE 75 WP, TEPRO SUPER 300EC, NATIVO 750WG, …)

+ Diniconazole ( Sumi Eight 12.5WP, …)

+ Trifloxystrobin ( FLINTPRO 648WG, NATIVO 750WG, …)

+ Hexaconazole ( MOTHANTILT 850WP, VIXAZOL 275SC, CAMILO 150SC, MAINEX 50SC, LASH SUPER 250SC, FULVIN 5SC, CASUVIN 500SC, V-TVIL 500SC, SAIPORA 350SC, …)

+ Chlorothalonil ( 

+ Difenoconazole.

Chú ý: luân phiên các hoạt chất thuốc sau 3-4 mùa vụ và pha thuốc theo đúng liều lượng hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất được ghi trên bao bì. 

Đối với cây hồng như hình chụp này, cây bị đốm đen khá nhiều, 3 việc cần làm là:

  • Loại bỏ hết các lá vàng, có đốm đen chỉ chừa lại các lá xanh, chưa nhiễm bệnh

  • Cắt tỉa bớt phần ngọn hồng (bỏ đi 2-3 mắt lá đầu tiên, hoặc 2/10 chiều cao cây) nhằm kích thích cây đâm chồi mới.

  • Phun thuốc điều trị bệnh đốm đen cho cây hồng, bao gồm các loại thuốc và liều lượng pha hỗn hợp các loại thuốc này cho bình 2 lít:

+ SUPER COOK  (1 muỗng yaourt)

+ Nativo (gần 1/2 muỗng yaourt)  

+ Ychatot

+ B1 nhằm dưỡng cây và kích thích cây tăng trưởng 10 giọt (hoặc COMCAT 1/4 muỗng yaourt (cần rất ít))

+ AZIL (bổ sung thêm vi lượng cho cây hồng 1/4 muỗng yaourt)

Nếu đã làm theo các bước trên thì 70% sẽ cứu sống được cây hồng này, 30% còn lại còn tùy vào cách chăm sóc của người trồng hồng và điều kiện tiểu khí hậu của vườn.
